Do you know what I learned today? The war of 1812 caused the Iraq war. Seriously, We let the Americans have Maine(also the reason they think they won it). Yeah, Maine used to be a part of Canada. Right now you might be like "so what does that have to do with Iraq??" Well, believe it or not, everyones favorite texas oil family the Bush's are from Maine originallly. George Bush Seniors grandfather was a Senator for Maine. So if we would have kept Maine the Bush family would have been Canadian. No desert storm from Bush I so there would be no Iraq war for Bush II. weird.
